How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with a product, please email us at and tell us why the return, example: did not like, ordered wrong product, defective, etc. We will then contact you via email with an RMA # that MUST be put on the outside of the box that you are returning. In our email, we will also give you specific instructions on how and where to return the product. All returned products are shipped prepaid...we do not accept COD's. Your money will be refunded after we receive the product. This process may take up to 10 business days. Our return policy is 30 days from date of invoice. If return is after 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
